Biscuitville — Restaurant in Archdale

The service is only good if there is no issue. Drove in for a large sweet tea as I usually do every other weekend. I had to bring it back today, it was unsweetened tea, no big deal they gave me another one. Taste while I was there and said no it's non sweet tea again. I told something is wrong, I was about to say you might of put the non sweat in the sweat container. Well, unable to get a word out and was cut off rudley and told they follow a receipt and they did not hear a word I tried to say. About three to four stupid females working behind the window caring on about my dogs and were laughing I just asked for my money back and drove away. Believe me I'm calling corporate office!! I'll just go to the other one down the road off Fairfield. Bunch of idiots who don't give a flying damn!!! I would not even give a star but I had to in order to write this review. This is not the first time they been ignorant and rude!!! I'm done with...

IF YOU ARE PAYING WITH APPLE PAY DO NOT GO HERE Drive through rude rude rude … the person working was actually nice then I went to pay with Apple Pay and she said she didn’t know how to do it which is fine … she asked someone to come help her and that someone was really rude to me I didn’t like her attitude… or her facial expressions towards me and the situation also the windows are not sound proof so I heard all the junk she was talking about Apple Pay being a hassle and going on and on about it then she opens the window so I can Apple Pay she closes the window continuously running her mouth and then opens window hands me my food and says you can’t get a receipt because we can’t give you one this is why we don’t do Apple Pay in drive through ….🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️ they need to get better at talking to customers I never have a problem with doing Apple Pay at high point le thomasville location SO IF YOU ARE PAYING WITH APPLE PAY...

This location is awesome! These guys rock. The food is always fantastic. Thanks y'all. UPDATE: Today 11/20/2021 my visit was slow, super long line. The service was awesome as always, but my food was below subpar. Very disappointed. I filled out the survey. Where was the bacon on my club? I had to look to find the tomato. The lettuce was a 1ply sheet of toilet paper. Was that chicken? Update: February 17, 2024 Hey y’all, I have an update on my review for Biscuitville. I had a wonderful experience there the other day with the new manager Louis. He fixed the problem right away and even compensated me for my time and I really enjoyed that experience.
