And yes, I did leave a 1-star review at McDonaldâs onceâbecause, much like your store, the service was also bad. The difference? Ronald McDonald didnât hunt me down to write an essay about how little they care.
Also, love how you keep mentioning âworking 7 days a weekâ as if customers are supposed to adjust their expectations around your burnout. Iâm sorry, but if closing a shop for 30 minutes means you have to personally attack strangers online for noticing, maybe a break is exactly what you need.
