Pizza Patrón Matlock Road — Restaurant in Arlington

Please have your order checked before you leave. My order was wrong. When I called to inform them, the response I received was that the person who cooked my food was gone. I stated that I needed my correct order then was told that management had to be notified. I received a callback stating that the manager wanted me to return my order and a fresh order will be ready in 20 minutes. I got there later than that on purpose. My order was not ready. I showed the order initially received and requested a trashcan to throw the food in. The worker brought the trashcan near so I could throw the food away. She then returned to the area where food was being prepared without washing her hands. I asked her to wash her hands since she just handled a trashcan. She stated that her hands were clean. I had to explain cross contamination and health department guidelines in order to convince her to wash her hands while still waiting for my order to be prepared. Nice place to get pizza! I usually order a large Pineapple and spinach pizza, and it's only around $7! I usually get full before even finishing the whole box, so that let's you know the pizzas as well as the slices are baked with just enough ingredients to get you full!
