We've been to all the LEGO Stores in the DC Metro area multiple times and keep coming back to this wonderful store at Pentagon City Mall. The customer service is caring, kind and full of suggestions that always go above and beyond expectations. I love the Lego store. Even though Anaiya was not kind today, the other members of the store were and they explained everything to me. I am looking for a piece to my Floral kit and one of the kind people explained that I can simply purchase the bricks online and they will ship them to me. Anaiya was so rude to the other customers as well - she threw money at them and slammed the phone down. It seemed as though she does not want to work at the Lego store. I love this store. It typically has a lot of good sets so inventory wise it’s great.

The big downfall for me is paying for parking especially if it’s a quick trip to the Lego store where I’m in and out. I wish they validated parking so I could go more often lol
