I don’t write a lot of reviews, but I really love my Arlington Oreillys store. I have been impressed since my first visit of how much they want to help me find what I’m looking for and always seem interested in my projects. They all seem like DIY’ers like me and that helps them relate. I have old cars, too. Please train your staff to know parts or at least how to look up parts. It's bad business when a person asks for fasteners and the employee walks you there, points to a rack, and says "they should be somewhere in there" and leaves you to find that part on your own. Then, you get to the counter and try to confirm that it's the correct part, they look it up & still don't know. It's ashamed when Amazon can confirm a part better than an actual person...

this review is for the arlington tn location. the guys working this past sunday were awesome. i needed brake pads which was in stock no problem but also a short run of rubber coolant hose which they sourced and even cut for me at no charge. it's hard to find a even helpful employee these days but virually impossible when they go above and beyond like that. i can get parts anywhere but not...
