I just placed an order thru the app for 2 steak bowls and 1 steak burrito and received a pickup estimated time of 6:30 pm here in Arlington TN at Airline Rd location. I had to ask staff after waiting 25 minutes past my pickup time as I watch multiple walk in customers come in and order food and leave while I still waited. The staff asked an employee for a status and he said “I’ll get to it”. After receiving my food order 30 minutes late with no apology, I checked the food labels which were properly marked. When I got home I unwrapped the container labeled burrito to discover it was a bowl instead. I tried calling the store multiple times and on one attempt I left a voicemail and in the second it just kept ringing. My family has been a Chiplote customer for years and we all extremely excited about the new opening but I seriously doubt we will ever return to this location after the first visit. No manager in site and no sense of urgency or manners. Extremely dissatisfied and disappointed and hope this is not a company wide...
Read moreMy coworker and I walked in about 10:45am.when this establishment opened my co worker ordered curbside so that we could get in and out I ordered a regular size of queso dip due to the bowl size that was presented to me as a large which wasn’t my kind of large for $8.00 .that was my first issue my second one was there was another customer that walked in that asked one of the workers that was in the kitchen was the guacamole ready she proceeded to do what she was doing with a air pod in her ear as if she didn’t hear the customer then after that the customer just stood there for a second then after that the customer asked again and she finally answered and asked another worker was the guacamole ready the customer walked out which I don’t blame her the service at this location is awful I highly recommend them closing it down and rehiring more friendly workers that wants a job the environment is not...
Read moreProbably one of the worst chipotles i’ve been too. The employees don’t know how to cook the food, they don’t know how to wrap a burrito, and they don’t know servings or portions. The pinto beans were filled to the top with water and the man serving me didn’t drain them and out the wet burritos and the water all over my food making my burrito soaked with bean juice. The chicken was plain and look like it had no seasoning. The taste of the burrito did not taste like how it normally would at other locations. I had to ask for more scoops of everything because the employees gave me half of a scoop for everything and even with multiple scoops it still was not the normal serving. When we got to the end the employees did not know how to roll my burrito. I think that the staff needs more training.
