I don’t think I’ve ever been to a store and noticed a manager being that rude to her own employees. Store manager Abby M belittled her employee in front of line full of customers saying “I don’t know why you’re walking away you’re not done yet” in the snarkiest tone. Then called over a NEW employee and tried to teach them how to ring out with the worst attitude I’ve seen in a manager. It’s no shock to me they’re trying to get new employees there, they probably last 2 weeks and run out the door after being trained by her. After running out and going to the car we saw the same employee crying in her car, I hope she finds a new job and soon. Never want to go back to that store, not supporting businesses who think that’s the best fit...

I love this store. Absolutely amazing prices. One thing that I find annoying is they keep the bathrooms locked To me, That is a bit extreme in my view. And I returned a purse and they tried to tell me that according to their computer I had already returned it! I said "Well if I did how am I holding it in my hand?!" She gave me my refund, realizing that someone had made mistake.. Be Sure to hold on to Ross receipts!! Everything in the store gets marked down the longer it sits there. I returned a Play-Doh toy without a receipt it was $5..they wanted to give me 49 cents back! I keep it and gave it to Toys for Tots. Despite these issues I still love the store and shop there as...

It is 630 on a Wednesday night I stopped to pick up things for my friend who is having a baby for her baby shower. I also was getting my grandson a new pair of Nike tennis shoes myself a pair of Nike tennis shoes and several other items. Ready to spend at least $150 on the things in my cart. I walk to the checkout lane there’s four women in front of me eight people behind me And one checker. So then I ask is there only one person checking because the line is 12 deep the two people standing at the registers answer quickly Yep only one.
