All the employee is very rude and disrespectful. They are also judging people by their clothing. They have a notice on their front door saying "No entry with Hoodie, Sunglass, Hat Etc." Anyway, today my mother was trying to buy Bengals. She asked if they had any bengals of 20 grams a pair. The lady replied with an attitude that as if less than 20 gram of bengal pairs never exist. When the lady was telling us the price she mentioned if we pay cash then price is lower. We said ok we will pay cash. Then the lady literally mentioned "Cash means cash, no debit" as if we are bunch of uneducated customers that we won't understand what does cash means. Finally, when my wife wanted to purchase a necklace, she only liked the necklace from their necklace and earring set. Then she said they don't sale only necklace. So, after hearing all of their judgmental comment and rude behavior we were about to leave when the other guy was telling the lady they are not here to purchase gold. I feel like these employees need to be trained to be more patience and most importantly respectful to their customers who is paying their hard earned money to buy gold from them. I came in this week and was overwhelmed in awe with the collection they offered! Their jewelry and diamond pieces were so beautiful I was glad I was able to shop at this jewelry store! — (the other stores are quiet rude😬) The staff was very kind and I am sure to come again soon.
