The proprietor is correct that he has never had any business dealings with me. But that is not my fault. I had first submitted a request via the "Computer Works" website but never got a reply. Then I took my pc directly to the business location expecting to have it repaired, but found that the entire building was locked with a sign indicating that this was due to COVID precautions—despite the fact that mask requirements, etc. had been dismissed several weeks earlier. The sign on the door did provide the business's phone number, and advised calling that number to gain admission. I attempted to do this and received no answer. Looking through what appeared to be the appropriate office window, the lights were off and there was no activity. This was at around 2:00 p.m. The one-star rating was given because the proprietor did not respond to a request via his website, did not answer his phone, and was not in his office during ordinary business hours.
