Yesterday I went there again. 18th April 2020. There was a white girl server. Very rude and not welcoming. We were sitter at small table for two on the first front side of the building. The naan was not as warm. Then the aperizer arrived it was 70 percent JALAPENO!!! We requested mild vs medium spicy, I suppose she forgot, it was REALLY WAY TO SPICY. I ordered a vegetable soup, AGAIN medium, THE BOWL WAS 85 PERCENTAGE FULL OF FRESH JALAPENO!!! like seriously it was BAD!!! I COULDN'T EAT IT, and I used to work in Subramania temple and eat Indian spicy every day, this was just a bad stuff!!! Why not use indian spice??? I ordered a vegetable curry which I couldn't eat after the soup. The vegetable curry was full with JALAPENO AGAIN!!! THIS was really ODD!!! Why so much jalapeno in Nepali classic cuscine they don't use it. It was bad. The friend of mine order mild something and he mentioned THAT IT WAS A bit too SPICY. It was BAD! The servise was BAD! The food was bad. I suppose This please is like a Russian roulette, one time is good and the next time is TERRIBLE. I didn't feel any welcoming or ever pleasent vibe from the server. It was BAD period.

First week of April I just love it!!! The staff is very polite and well mannered, many americans SHOULD go there and take example of what is politeness and good servise! Really nice place. Polite welcoming. The servise exsellent. It is very clean, everything, the restaurant the restroom and every little thing. It is beautiful and homy with interesting art. They have italian spirits, great surprise!!! The food is great. We ordered desert and I love the sweat rise and the rest!!! I ordered vegetarian samba. My friend order something with beef. I ordered the chicken curry. Medium. My son ordered the chicken beryani. I ordered a 2nd Chicken Tikka Malasa. To go for my daughter and wife. Since they were with us. I told them to wait 30mins to bring the to go order. Guy only knew 5 sentences and didn’t understand anything we said. Just kept saying please take it. Beryani was awful. Definitely not traditional beryani, I know, I’m from India and been cooking for 10 years now. Curry was good. I enjoyed that. My son didn’t even eat the beryani. Only ate the chicken pieces. Server was polite but didn’t understand anything we said. Didn’t refill my water but kept walking around us and refilled everyone else’s. Had to remind him several times of the sides that we ordered. He probably was having a bad day and ready to go home, which he put his jacket on and left before we even closed our check out. It was highly recommended to me, so I had high hopes. For the poor service and pretty much terrible food. Besides my dish. I know it’s very hard to cook this type of cuisine, so I’m very reluctant on saying harsh things about this. But I spent $75. And it was def not worth the service I paid and the quality of food. People might enjoy it, but I’ll definitely won’t be back ever again. I’ve been to 3 different locations btw as well. All same poor service and not that great of food. Sometimes even worse. I didn’t even take pics it was that disappointing and I was trying to be a positive role...

Great food and excellent service (walk-inToGo).

Customer Service: Walked in at 9:15pm, so they were about to close in 15 minutes. We were hoping to go inside and get an order to go, but was expected to be turned away and had contingent plans if need be. The bartender motioned us over and we asked if we could get an order to go. I slightly sunk down and cringed waiting for the typical response of "we are about to close." Instead, she was extremely nice and handed us some menus while she attended a few other customers. She even seated a couple a few seats down from the bar and I overheard they just wanted a quick drink. She came back over in a few minutes and I asked for suggestions which she promptly gave with enthusiasm. She also suggested a few brews while we were waiting on our food! Our order was ready in about 10 minutes. What a great experience and excellent customer service. I was impressed by the politeness and courtesy especially with it being so near to their closing time.

Food: I ordered the eggplant vegetable curry (coconut milk), not spicy. It was a great dish and very filling. It was thicker than I thought it would be but meshed very well with the rice. The fun sauces they give you with the thin bread is great as well!

A sweetie for a bartender and great food. We will definitely be back for some dining in. Hopefully we'll be there well before...
