Olde Town Flower Shoppe — Local services in Arvada

I live in Southern Colorado and needed some flowers delivered in Arvada for a big birthday celebration for my sister. I looked online and decided with Old Town floral. Mainly based on the wonderful reviews they already had, and the descriptions of what people liked about their work. I called and Stephanie answered the phone - and she absolutely could not have been nicer. She was everything in Customer Service that I wanted. And I think she was more excited about the floral display than I was, and was so helpful in listening to what I said I wanted and the style that my sister would like. The flowers were delivered today, on Friday, and they were 100% perfect. They are the exact right colors, the style, the display, the beautiful vase, everything about them is exactly what I wanted. I could not be happier. I just received a call from my sister and she said, "you know me so well these are exactly the kind of flowers that I love." And I thought "well I think Stephanie knows you pretty well too because she got it 100% right." Thank you all. Great store, great customer service and really beautiful...

It is so difficult to order flowers from out of town. After reviewing several websites, I loved the creativity and beauty of the arrangements on Old Town Flower Shoppe's website. I didn't see exactly what I wanted, so I called and talked with a nice woman who took notes of what we were looking for, and confirmed they could deliver next day. There was a slight hiccup with the delivery - the flowers were left in a place our friends didn't see them, and the Ring footage looked like the delivery driver didn't leave them (we assumed because it was so cold out - made sense.) When I called the next morning to see if redelivery would be attempted, come to find out, the flowers WERE left, but in a place our friends didn't see them, and sadly they froze over night. Olde Town Flower Shoppe went WAY beyond, remade the bouquet, and delivered a second one. I can't even begin to explain how much I love this place and how they really made my wedding day happen. I had gone in literally the day before my wedding because I had forgotten to get myself a bouquet. I gave them my inspo pics and they said they would call me to see if they could do it in such short notice and then they would give me a price. I received a call very shortly after and they were able to do it all they needed was a card to make the payment so they can start working on it, I was driving at the time and I told them I would call right back annnnd I completely spaced it and never called back. I remembered that night and it was of course too late and they were closed. To my surprise the next morning they called me and told me it was ready! I was so relived and overwhelmed with joy that they had trust in me to go ahead and start without the payment. My bouquet was GORGEOUS!
