My girlfriend and I visited the Fox & Beaux Boutique a while back, and loved what we saw. Spending a good half hour browsing the jewelry, we were quite impressed with the pieces on display. We didn’t purchase anything that day, but knew we would return.

Fast forward to this past (late) summer/early fall. I reached out to Lauren in reference to helping with designing an engagement ring. Having little to no knowledge of what I was actually ‘looking’ for, I sent Lauren a series of emails that included only written ideas and random pictures that I hoped would better describe what I was interested in. Lauren took that little info and ran. She responded with several emails that entailed designs and ideas that were all basically right on the money! I was incredibly impressed with her willingness to help brainstorm in order to design the perfect ring for my (now fiancé).

Without disclosing details, Lauren even dealt with matters of a personal nature that many would have been inclined to gracefully (and rightfully so) bow out. Lauren stayed on task and continued to offer top notch assistance every step of the way. I really could not have asked for anything better during the entire process.

As for the ring, it turned out perfect. Design. Size. Price. Reaction. All perfect.

My advice is this: if you’re serious about purchasing a one of a kind “no one else in the world will have this” type of ring or any other jewelry for that matter, give Lauren a call, email, or just walk in. You won’t be...

My fiancé and I adored working with Hilary at Fox & Beaux to design my perfect engagement ring! She was responsive and encouraging every step of the way, and went above and beyond to source several different kinds of stones for me to pick from. She listened to my preferences, made awesome suggestions, and I’m so so happy with the result! Hilary helped find a perfect teal/green moissanite and incorporated 2 diamonds from a family ring into the design. If you’re interested in their custom design process I would say to reach out as soon as possible and plan several months in advance. The whole process took about 4 months for us, because it took time to find a center stone that I loved and was within our budget. Fox and Beaux excel at customer service! I bought a necklace from Lauren at a street market in June 2015. It was simple but I loved it and wore it all the time. Recently the chain broke on it and I was devastated. I put it in my closet on a shelf thinking I may be able to fix it one day (we all know that never would have happned). A few weeks passed and I found Lauren’s card in my jewelry organizer. I emailed her to see if she could fix my necklace. I didn’t expect a reply, let alone a quick reply from Amberly and an offer to fix my necklace if I shipped it to her. My necklace arrived today good as new and I can’t be more pleased! Lauren and Amberly owed me nothing. I didn’t spend a lot of money or visit their shop regularly, yet they treated me like I did.
