From walking into Mobilia to While Glove installation, our experience was top flight. For our visit to Mobilia in Asheville, we drove from Blowing Rock, NC to look for a few pieces of furniture that we were having great difficulty finding exactly what we were looking for at any other storefront or online to go into a condo in Hilton Head Island, SC. We had an appointment with Dianna and arrived late. She had another appointment that had been scheduled after us, but she took time to have a very good talk with us, show us around a bit, and put us in the capable hands of Erin. After meeting with both women and Erin showing us around their showrooms, we knew that we were in very capable hands and that we would find our key missing pieces through Mobilia.

First, we were looking for swivel, chairs that could be covered in a particular Sunbrella fabric. Yes, we found the perfect chair. Second, we wanted a high quality, sharp looking, a bit retro, walnut bed with a low headboard which is actually very hard to find! As we found possibilities but not really what we were looking for, Dianna told us about this brand of furniture – West Bros. – that she had just seen at market in High Point. She showed us info that she had, and we were hooked! Since they had no wood samples in the store, Diana called the regional rep who immediately sent us samples in the mail. This enabled us to confidently make our selection.

We were looking for a healthy alternative to our long-time Tempur-Pedic mattresses. And, yes, Dianna and Erin introduced to us Savvy Rest – an organic choice that allowed us to build a mattress that met our physical needs.

If there were more stars to give, I'd give them ALL to Mobilia and especially to Erin Riley. I mean, I could just gush on and on about how amazing she is and how she has literally single-handedly decorated my home and made it look and feel so put together.

We recently did a complete renovation of our basement and a reorganization of several rooms upstairs. I needed LOTS of furniture and LOTS of design help. For a nominal fee, Mobilia offers a design service to clients. Erin came to our house, looked at all of our spaces, talked with me about how we were planning to use each room and got an idea of what style(s) we liked. Then, she basically ran the show. She sent us drawings of each room with her ideas for furniture, placement, etc. We met her at the store for a private appointment, where she had already put together several color scheme/fabric options for us to choose. Once we made that decision, it was smooth sailing from there.

When our furniture arrived, Mobilia's white glove delivery service was top-notch. Josh and Dianna were awesome - and a lot of fun! They put everything in its place, put it together (if needed) and left our spaces spotless and ready for us to begin enjoying.

Back to Erin Riley, though. Seriously, this woman is a superstar. I e-mail her pics of accessories I'm contemplating - or ideas I have - and she responds quickly with her thoughts (and other suggestions/recommendation, sometimes). She is friendly and knowledgeable and down-to-earth and all around my favorite go-to person for anything design-related.

I'm 67. Made a bit of money. Want the best furniture value for dollars spent: quality, durability, functionality and looks. This place exemplifies all of that. Premium store, very high quality. A pro home designer/decorator was in the shop when my wife and I were there. He said he can spend twice the money elsewhere but get less value at other high end furniture galleries. Turns out he was right. Excellent sales team, Kati was our lead. We went in, never having been there, looking for some ideas. We left having ordered 2 sofas, 3 power recliners, 6 upholstered bar stools, an extraordinary, upholstered wooden rocking chair and some floor lamps. The floor models reflected excellent taste in fabric and finish. We asked for and received some discounts on our orders. Features, options and ergonomic design elements were cheerfully and professionally demonstrated, detailed and expert product knowledge. Superb delivery crew. Made it up our 14' wide very steep gravel road where wimps have wimped out, leaving us hanging. Unfazed by bears, snakes and toothless armed hillbillies. Clean, respectful of our home and of the furniture we bought. Good communication skills, and good senses of humor. Best delivery team I've ever experienced. Mobilia is the total premium package with appropriate and reasonable prices. They kept us apprised of the progress of our order the whole way, through this covid and Ukraine influenced delivery thing.
