This store was so so helpful and accommodating for me on Sat. May 11th, when I called [kinda frantically] about any cat food that we could give our 2 yr old kitty in the few-day period between being able to get his prescription food for urinary health (due to a horrible/scary near death situation that happened in December with his urinary tract being blocked by crystals).

I was pretttttty distressed sounding when I called but the super sweet girl working let me know they have a cat food made w a lot of blueberry which is an antioxidant and good for urinary health in cats. [Which my cat also ate up with zero hesitation!]

I rushed there before I started work to buy the food, but the 2 people working offered me some smaller free sample bags of the different flavors of it to get us through, and they both said very optimistic & encouraging things to me (who was clearly distressed about my kitty developing crystals again without the expensive food from the vet). It lasted us through the 3 days after after payday where I could get his prescription food.

SO, I wanted to show appreciation for the 2 people working on Sat 5/11 who made me feel better and also helped me n’ my cat out a ton because there were noooo problems in those days of him eating the Nature’s Pet store food they recommended. 5 stars...

I love Nature's pet so much. The staff are kind and knowledgable. There's a variety of different kinds of bones and other chewables (ie. Pig ears), healthy treat options, wet and dry food with a variety of proteins (including kangaroo), and pre-made cold/frozen foods for pets on a raw diet. If you're wanting to try out a new food for your pet but don't want to buy a whole bag they offer free mini sample bags of many products. They sell toys, leashes, pet beds, shampoos, and anything else your furry friend might need. In addition to being a store, there is also a DIY dog wash area that includes everything you need. Fur babies are invited to walk around the store with you if they're well-behaved and on a leash. Bring them in for a paws-itively great...

When I first moved here from Florida, I was having a hard time finding the cat food my very finicky (3) Siamese siblings prefer, and that was the best price for the best quality, which made me happy. I found Nature's Pet Marker right off, and couldn't be happier. They recommended a product and gave me numerous samples, which included coupons, so that all three could have a decent amount to try. Not only were we all satisfied with the product (kitties loved it, price was good for the high quality food), but I also love the helpful, friendly staff and their frequent buyer program which helps offset the cost of feeding 3 constantly hungry kitties.
