Erika has done an amazing job expanding her business from being in home to now a gorgeous storefront! She makes some of the most amazing gourmet stuffed cookies…dare I say some of the best cookies I’ve ever had. (Dare I recommend the Almond Croissant, Sweet and Salty Sea, and the Hawaiian Cookies - Pop them in the microwave for a couple seconds to get them nice and ooey gooey!) She has such unique flavors with quality ingredients and an amazing attention to every detail down to the adorable packaging of the cookies. The seasonal flavors are so creative and will always be apart of my holidays from now on! Also do not get me started on her freeze dried goodies, those candies are spectacular, I absolutely love the crunch and flavor packed into each little bite! Erika is truly a creative flavor magician and I cannot wait to see the next...

Erika is the best!! No matter how busy she is when you walk into her little bakery she stops what she is doing to say hi and make you feel like you're important!! I’m loving her freeze dried candies and her cookies classes. I have even convinced my husband to take a couple with me. It’s like a little competition between us who’s is better!!
