I’ve had really good experiences here in the past. I bought my homecoming dress, and my graduation dress here in high school. I’ve also stopped in for different pieces of jewelry for my family, every time I’ve stopped in, it hasn’t been horribly unpleasant or dissatisfying. But I was just in there recently and I had to stop in because two of my family members got me two pieces of jewelry that were almost exactly identical for Christmas and I didn’t need two of them, I was in a rush and didn’t have a lot of time to exchange it for something else, so I returned it and I thought that I’d come back at a time that was more convenient to me. For starters me and my partner weren’t even greeted by the entrance, I work in the mall, so I know that a greeting or a warm welcome keeps most customers in at least 80% of the time, I was with my partner and when we walked up to the cash register to return our item, the lady standing there still didn’t welcome us, let alone make eye contact with us, she stanched the necklace out of my partners hands and said something snarky about the receipt. They have little things up by the cash register, little things; water bottles; bracelets; perfumes; probably some rings etc. a basket of headbands caught my eye, but for some reason I thought they were bracelets at first and when I cheerfully asked the lady if you could wear them on your wrist she didn’t even look up at me and said “no”. After she was done, she didn’t even say goodbye or have a good day. I never want to set foot in there again. Watch out for the older women with short hair and glasses! Not a nice person to talk to! Wanted to give it a 2 stars at least, because of all the other wonderful experiences I’ve had in there, but she made my experience so horribly mortifying and not pleasant that she ruined the whole atmosphere...
Read moreAll of these negative reviews are correct, I’ve never been treated so poorly for simply purchasing an item. I am a huge fan of this store and have never been more disappointed, I came in looking for a gift for my friend and was directed to a part of the store by a woman named Susan she was pleasant and helpful and I eventually found a clearance item I decided to purchase. I went to check out and as she was ringing up my items she asked me for my phone number and I declined, her whole manner changed in an instant, and she was completely rude to me. She got very angry and told me I wouldn’t be able to return it (which was fine since it was a gift and only about $3). But after that, I went to swipe my card and she EXPLODED at me for accidentally doing it too early. As if that wasn’t enough, she went to hand me my bag and as I was grabbing it, she yanked it away aggressively asking me if I had noticed a price difference (I had thought it was $5, but it rang up as $3)— I had but since it was only a few dollars off I didn’t think much of it— but she would only give me MY PURCHASED ITEM AFTER I told her I had. I’ve never felt more humiliated and offended And quite frankly, disturbed. This is not how a business should be run and I unfortunately will not be...
Read moreWorst customer service ever! Every time I come to Green Bay to visit my husband (when we were still dating), I would go and shop at Francesca’s. I was never greeted or welcomed by any of the workers. They didn’t ask if I needed help or anything. I just recently moved to Green Bay with my husband. A couple of days ago, I went there again and I already know how they are but still shop there. When I entered, I was never greeted. While I mind my own business, looking through some clothes, one of the workers greets 3 people. I was disappointed! Is it because I’m ASIAN and they’re NOT?! Even before, they greeted and helped other people besides me! IT DOES NOT MATTER WHO THEY ARE! We are all humans and we have feelings as well! Even yesterday when I shopped in Appleton, I immediately told them that their customer service is the best one than Green Bay. I SAID WHAT I...
