Base State Longevity — Local services in Aspen

I am a huge fan of Base State Longevity! There is no better place in town to relax and recover from pretty much anything - an aggressive night out, altitude sickness, soreness from training, running, skiing, mountain biking and more. My personal favorite was the Ballancer Pro, it’s a very relaxing experience but it also 100% works to fight inflammation and I am not kidding when I say I was actually 5 pounds lighter the next day. The sauna / cold plunge is also a fantastic combo, my muscles felt so good afterward! My first cold plunge was of course a shock to the system but after going back and forth between both a few times I found I was able to stay in the cold bath for almost 3 minutes! I also loved that I could play music via Bluetooth in the sauna, super fun. They have great memberships and packages for those who are local and the location is incredibly convenient. Super kind staff and the space is so aesthetically pleasing. This place is a 10/10, will be back again soon for a massage! Now please open another location...

Absolutely fantastic experience at Base State Longevity 👏 What a perfect way to recover and relax after a day on the slopes. Facility was clean and welcoming. Infrared Sauna into the cold plunge provided immediate relief from snowboarding hard for a few days in Aspen. The staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Compliments to Andrew and Chrissy for being friendly and professional while sharing their knowledge of the system and its benefits. Will 100% be returning for another visit next time I'm in Aspen.
