AT&T Store — Local services in Atchison

I picked a 1 star because every time I go into the Atchison, ks AT&T store, they act like they don't know how to fix anything. I asked them about my email, about how it won't send out. They said, they don't know what is wrong. Then I asked about my text messages not going in order. Well they told me they didn't know then was like, oh it could be this. Yes, what they thought it fixed it! Then I told them that I had a screen protector on my phone and Dave took it off when I had to get a replacement phone because my other phone messed up. I Could not see anything on the phone. I asked for a new protector for my phone and Dave said, he wasn't sure if they had any, but the other guy went to check. He ended up giving me one for an iPhone 7 because they didn't have a Samsung galaxy note 4 one. Dave said this is the last one i can give you. I told Dave and that other guy that I had a lifetime warranty on it and if I needed a new one then I can get a new one whenever.... I am not happy with the services there. They couldn't even help me set up my email on my phone when I got my replacement phone. Dave said, he didn't know how to do it! I had to call customer service, 1 girl hang up on me there then I called back and a guy helped me he was super nice.... anyways hubby and I are thinking about switching companies to someone else. I have had nothing but...

I'm considering an iphone 7 and ipad purchase. I went in the other night because it's the only place locally that I could think of that would have both to try.

The staff was professional and helpful. When I told them I wasn't interested in buying or upgrading directly at the moment, I didn't have anyone try to push me into a different decision. The one gentleman that originally approached me was available for any questions I might have and wished me well when I left.

The store is clean, well organized, and well kept. There were no issues with broken or missing devices. I was also impressed with a conversation I overheard between one of the staff members and a couple he was serving. They clearly didn't know much about cell phones, cell phone plans, or their options. Instead of pushing the most expensive item on them, he steered them towards the best phone for their needs. Bravo, that's the kind of service that builds trust and keeps customers coming back. It's also extremely rare in my experience with cell phone shopping.

If I didn't hate AT&T corporate service so much, I would highly consider switching my cell phone service back over to their company purely based on my experience...

Let me tell you about a t and t the bill is outrageous.Your bill is going to be a hundred dollars minimum each month. And as far as their customer service over the phone and internet is horribly bad.Thank godThe Atchison store was open the gentleman there was helpful condescending in a way.And if you ever try unlocking your phone, it'll divert you from Att to home page to a mobile unlock page that they want you to pay for. And even when you call, they're not very nice about this, they keep it a little secret to themselves until you push them to tell them how to unlock your phone. And then they're they'll lock it out and they'll help you unlock it, but the page that AT&T sends you to first time they'll try to charge you $24, then it's another $7, then another $124. It's a scam that at is involved with how sad. Like your bill isn't enough every month. They have to make even more money off of you or try to trick you. Very very sneaky . and I don't understand why all the saint joe ATT stores were all closed today. But i've seen some of the people in saint joe, they don't know how to drive very well.So maybe that's why they couldn't make it to the store...
