Showed up 2 minutes before 4 pm... Just to get model number which I tried giving them over the phone and they didn't want it.. so two hours wasted. Then a few days later (5) they show up an tell my wife they are not going to fix it due to a butchered wire job. Then I get this text when I complain about wasting time and money....
"Um, we brought the right parts. We, however, will not work on something once someone has butchered the wiring harness, bypassed a safety switch, and used way to small of wire to make the jumper. You are lucky you didn’t burn your house down! However, according to our emails, your washer has been placed into replacement. So I’m not sure why you have any reason to complain."
Number 1, this is a second hand washer I had been using for 2 years...I've never tried to repair anything on it myself or had anyone else mess with it. Totally rude assumption. Number 2, I never received ANY INFORMATION about it being replaced...

The owner assured me that if there was a warranty issue he would take care of it. Fast forward to last week - the dryer had an unexpected issue. They came out to my residence (40 miles away from their business) to diagnose the problem. Figured it out fast and ordered the new part that day. Once the part was in - Mitchell came all the way back out to my residence one evening after his already long day at work to ensure I was back up and going! I can’t tell you how much they seemed to value their customers and they took care of me at no charge like they ensured. Read moreI have been without a washer for 3 months waiting on the manufacture warranty process. I’ve been dealing with a local company that has not been very effective due to no fault of their own. I called 2 Bald Guys at recommendation of my friend and unfortunately they weren’t able to come out to my house as I live in Missouri but they walked me through what I could do to try to fix it over the phone and were extremely helpful. More helpful than anyone I’ve been dealing with over the past 3 months. And I haven’t even purchased anything from them or paid them for a service! They just helped me out of the goodness of their hearts to the best of their ability.
