We rented 4 rooms all of them were dirty, seems they hadn’t swept/moped in weeks. My room smelled and one of beds comforter, pillow cases were dirty. The other rooms we also had issues. Check in was super hard the guy didn’t speak English. The pictures on the hotel are not really how they look. We only used it to sleep but regretted checking in. We’d have stayed at super 8 there in time. They are super clean and cheaper. Easton super dirty everyone’s room was disappointing. I don’t think they even change the bedding. I couldn’t sleep the entire night. We made sure there was no bed bugs. The rooms seems like kids did work in the rooms. Tv’s weren’t working we ended up paying almost $84 and honestly this seemed like a $30 motel. We were deceived with pictures that’s why we reserved over the phone. If we wouldn’t have known this was again our only option. I’d rather stayed the night in my car. The ppl that run it is a couple and they are ones that do housekeeping (maybe owners) so when I was loading my stuff they were cleaning Rooms supposedly but never seem dirty bedding being taken out and new bedding in. They must check and see if they can be reused. Worst place I have ever stayed in. I’ve stayed at all price point hotels/motels this is worst. My fault for getting room at other places in town. When I called the motel number I asked for new sheets and covers for the bed my kids were gonna sleep in since they were all dirty and she seemed bothered and like she didn’t want to bring. Attempted to stay here in June 2019. When I first tried to check in, I was told the room was not ready so I came back that evening. Had just checked in and been in the room for 10 minutes when I found small gnat-sized bugs in between the sheets. I immediately went to the front desk to ask for a refund. The employee followed me to my room where I showed him the small bugs. At first, he told me they were just gnats who were attracted to the light outside each room, as it was dark when I checked in. He said they must have flown in when I opened the door to enter the room. That might have made sense if they were on top of the bed, but they were in between the sheets. He then looked closer (you could see small wings on the bugs) and smashed them into the sheet. He said, "These don't look like bugs to me." It was absolutely ridiculous. He refused to give me a refund that night and I left the hotel to find another place to stay. Upon my leaving, the employee told me he would check with the proper higher-ups and ask their permission to give me a refund. He promised to call me the next day to let me know what they said. Of course, he never called me back. I find it interesting that negative reviews on this site have responses from the hotel saying things like, "sorry we didn't meet your expectations...we're letting management know and they will address it." That's exactly the same line the employee tried to feed me that night: act like their hands are tied, but don't actually address the issues or refund when a customer is not satisfied and does not use the room. Normally when i stay here the older man is so very helpful and had he been there during my last stay then i know we would have been more comfortable. The heater did not work but was blowing cold cold air. We switched rooms and the second room was just as bad. I slept in my coat and hat that night. Freezing the whole time. When my friend told the younger guy on duty about the room he didnt offer a discount on my next stay or even an apology..... UPDATE MORE RECENT STAY... OMG so my family and I tried this motel again a couple of weeks ago. Mid October 2021...they are undwr new management and I can say that I'll never ever stay there again. First the fridge was falling over cuz the legs were broken...then the tv stopped working...then when I attempted to use the microwave for dinner it also didnt work...but I was done when the toilet stopped up and while trying to deal with that some cockroaches came out to greet me. Its midnight and I loaded up my family and went back to the front desk where the 2 guys working refused to give a refund at first...then I stood and argued with them for 40min until finally I got a full refund....right after i mentioned I was going to leave a Google review.... SO RUDE....SO NASTY....1.5 hrs from our own comfy beds and we hit the road anyway....by this time it was almost 2am. ...
