Been a client for decades. Yesterday I purchased an orchid for a house warming gift - their classic one for about $85. Completely my fault that I failed to realize how hot it was- did an errand afterwards and left it in the car. The orchid was completely wilted/ruined. I went back later in the day, admitted MY error and asked if they would be kind enough to offer me a discount on a replacement. The answer was a FLAT NO. Well, ok. That’s their prerogative but they know they were throwing my business out the window and really couldn’t care less. I have spent thousands over the years at that store- purchasing wreaths and garlands, gifts and pillows, readers, coffee table books and they wouldn’t offer me the courtesy of a few dollars off? I am replacing Boxwood’s with a combo of Lucy’s market and a private Orchid lady who is less $ and her orchids last longer. AND she delivers for free. With customer service like this, they won’t be a Buckhead favorite for...

Saturday, January 25th, approximately 2 pm, I parked and walked up side stairs to see lovely linens in a beautiful little shop. As I walked thru the rooms, a young woman (won't call her a lady) gave me a "once over" look and then as I neared her she actually turned her back on me. As if that was not enough she walked into a small room just right of her "reception" station (her back still turned to me), clearly conveying "leave me alone". Wow. I was at first stunned that I was not acknowledged being there, let alone not a mere "hello", but for someone to turn their back on me? I am 66 years old and it was a first! That girl needs to go! Glad I went there, though, as I left my car parked in front of Boxwoods and did a little shopping at the...

Boxwoods is a gem located in the heart of beautiful Buckhead for 30 years having opened in 1995.

The staff is friendly and always willing to answer questions and be helpful. Whether you're looking for a gift, home goods or a stunning flower arrangement, Boxwoods has got you more than covered.
