C Paws location seemed new so the drop off lobby was just a drop lobby. It didn’t matter because it was clean and they have the latest technology for payments and booking online appointments. The staff was extremely friendly. Ben’s groomer for the last 2.5 years had just started here so , I booked an appointment with Allison. Ben’s 14 and I had been reluctant to take him to another groomer. When I arrived with Ben Allison as always came out and got Ben and confirmed the services for the visit. After that the gentleman (Marcus) at the front desk told me they would do their best to let me 30 mins before Ben would be ready. When Ben was almost ready I received the text . I had asked Allison to trim his nails as close as possible because they were curling. His nails are difficult because the quicks are hard to see. Allison did a great job. She got a little close on a couple and she told me he bled for a min. I appreciated the heads up but I knew Ben was in good hands with Allison. (By the way the vet makes his nails bleed worse). When I arrived to pick up Ben Allison brought him out and gave me an update on how he did and we agreed to a grooming schedule which Allison took care of for me. Ben was excited to head out all clean and nails done. The prices for a full groom are very reasonable, expect to pay a little more if your dog is matted . Very Satisfied with the service and Allison and the whole staff . Other comments: Location is good it ;doesn’t have dog smell and (owners/managers) made me fell they appreciated the business. 10/10 experience from John all the way to meeting Allison DAE Dae’s groomer. Everyone is so kind & very knowledgeable. I’m most thankful for the fast professional service. I called for an appointment and was able to be serviced the same day. C- My Paws is located in a great area 15 mins away from my home in East Atlanta with good parking & very easy to find. Their communication and care is top notch keeping me in the loop every step of the way as this was my first time getting a professional grooming service. Amazing! I emailed before booking, and Marcus was so quick to respond. They were so personable and amazing to my dog and really took their time. They even told me they played with her for 20 min before starting to get her comfortable. My dog is still a puppy (and goofy and sometimes crazy) and hasn’t done well getting groomed at other places, but they did great with her. She was able to get through the entire haircut here, which when we took her to PetSmart, she couldn’t last a whole haircut/bath. They even called to give me an update halfway through the grooming.
