Overdue review. Highly recommend Ponce Feet Spa. Highly!

Always a great (sometimes leave on a “cloud” of relax), consistent, professional, and relaxing experience with any Masseuse. I have my faves, but as Massage is always personal preference, just be sure to tell your Masseuse if you want lighter or more firm pressure. Speak up, cause it’s always crucial to let them know what you prefer, or settle, but that’s not on them if you’re not as comfortable as you could be.

I’ve been going to Ponce Feet Spa for years now. I’ve brought many friends now, and have rec them to many friends too.

I took a chance and haven’t gone back to previous place since. I had good experience at place down the street in Kroger lot, but for me, I had a couple poor experiences at other place, with friends too.

Always consistent with Ponce Feet Spa and appreciate they have option for Combo Foot Massage (my fave cause includes 10min Shoulder/Neck while your feet are soaking) then 40min Foot, then chair lays flat and you get 10min body rub from head to foot). So full 55-60min. Or can choose just Foot. Or full Body Massage. Couples Room too!

I’ve been working on doing more self-care for years and have gone to many (many!) places, and fully support this establishment and the Managers and the Masseuses they hire.

Again, HIGHLY RECOMMEND, schedule your next Foot or Body Massage, or try for walk-in, you & your lower stress and any body aches...

I (like so other reviewers) have been here a few times now & this is what I'll say... STICK WITH THE FEET SERVICES!

I went in for an hour massage & it was weird... 1st off Id had a glarious foot massage some weeks before & asked for the same women (Ari) to do my back massage (my sweety got the 1 guy there & said he was not good). I got there on time, but waited in the massage room for 15 minutes (face down & naked) before someone came in. The sheets on the table did not look 100% clean. The WEIRDEST part was when I was there the door kept opening (more than 3 times during the hour). I dont know if they use the room for storage or what, but I felt so vulnerable being face-down & naked in this room with my purse & things on the opposite table, not being able to see what was going on or if other people were looking at me. After an hour the woman at the front came in, touched my back & asked if I wanted to add more time (also strange that a whole other person came in the room to ask me that), I said yes to 10 more mins & I swear a whole other women came in to finish my massage (the pressure + feel of her hands was completly different & not in a good way). Overall the massage was nice, but the experience was not. So much so that Id given my dad a gift certificate there for his birthday & took it back. I will go back, but for the foot massage, where I can be able to see...

I went in to get a combo massage. 40 min feet 20 min feet. Instead the massage therapist was trying to only give me a 1hr back massage. I believe there was simply a miss communication. When I brought it to her attention she worked in my feet at the end but it wasn't for the 20min time. At the beginning of the massage she asked what type of pressure I liked. I told her let's try medium pressure and then I would let her know if I needed more. Well I repeatedly told her to press harder and I pointed out where I was having a lot of pain in my lower back. And she still no matter how many times I asked ...she didn't give me the pressure where I needed it. She was way to hard on my upper back and way to soft on my lower where I actually needed the pressure the most. At one point she hurt me so much I thought I may come off the table. The person I came with also was hurt by her masseuse. I left with the same problem area I went in with and she left in more pain then when she started. And the spa music didn't even play the full time it cut off at one point and was completely quiet for about 10mins of our time. We paid $120 tip included total for both but we won't be returning or recommending this place to anyone else. The establishment did appear tidy and both of the masseuses were so sweet.
