If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Please avoid this location at ALL costs. The head of the office, people that are managing the passport, and the receptionist will LIE to you and they are so rude. None of them know what they are doing. They are the dumbest individuals you'll ever come across. They are NOT educated. They are so unprofessional. I've been waiting for my passport for 4 months now, and every time I call, they curse me out, or they will let the bus driver pick up the phone to avoid my questions. I spoke with the “president” in there asking about my passport and she LIED to me saying the office in Washington was down. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME IN THIS OFFICE. I wish I got my passport done somewhere else. PLEASE SPEND YOUR MONEY IN ANOTHER OFFICE. — Si je pouvais donner 0 étoiles à cet endroit, je le ferais. Veuillez éviter cet endroit à TOUT prix. Le chef du bureau, les personnes qui gèrent le passeport et la réceptionniste vous MENTIRONT et ils sont très impolis. Aucun d’eux ne sait ce qu’ils font. Ce sont les individus les plus stupides que vous ayez jamais rencontrés. Ils ne sont PAS instruits. Ils ne sont vraiment pas professionnels. Cela fait 4 mois que j'attends mon passeport, et à chaque fois que j'appelle, ils m'insultent, ou bien ils laissent le chauffeur du bus répondre au téléphone pour éviter mes questions. J'ai parlé avec la « présidente » qui m'a posé des questions sur mon passeport et elle m'a MENTI en disant que le bureau de Washington était fermé. NE PERDEZ PAS VOTRE TEMPS DANS CE BUREAU. You don't have to be there when "they open" because they won't be. The office is supposed to open at 9am, and my father and I got there at 9:15. 10am and still no one. The phone number was not working at the time, and even if it is, no one will answer. I have been calling for 3 weeks just to speak to someone on what I’ll need to renew my 8 year old’s Haitian passport. No reply and voicemail is full.
