I would not recommend anyone else except for Cachet!! I was looking for Jewelry for two people, something for my mothers birthday and the other for my fiancé. Of course this was not the first placed I stopped but I am glad I did. Upon walking into Cachet at Cumberland, I was greeted by a welcoming smile and friendly personality. After looking through the great selection of custom and high-end Jewelry, I was told that Cachet has a second location in Buckhead. I immediately drove from Cumberland to Buckhead to look at the beautiful pieces to hopefully find the Jewelry that I needed. Upon arriving at Cachet in Buckhead, Cameron and Ben were at the front door waiting on me to get there, I assume that they were told that I was coming. When I got into the Showroom, I was immediately blown away by the showcases and exquisite selection. After selecting two rings and some earing to compare, I told them that I remembered seeing a ring at Cumberland that I wanted to look at again. Cameron immediately called Cumberland and drove to go pick up the ring. He went out of his way to bring me the ring to compare side by side with the others. While I was waiting on Cameron to get back, Ben offered me drinks and food to make sure that I was content. He even offered to go get a bottle of wine for me while we discussed Jewelry. Once Cameron got back, I decided on a set of earrings and a ring. I ended up being out of my budget but I was so impressed with the customer service and friendly atmosphere that I did not think twice about the budget. This was the best experience I have had. The customer service is top notch!! Cameron and Ben go above and beyond in order to make sure that the customer is satisfied the entire time. Since purchasing, I have been back multiple times and I have sent friends and family there. We were referred to Cachet Fine Jewelry by a close friend who has used them for many years. I have always loved her family's pieces and she had always bragged on Cachet's way of doing business. When my boyfriend and I decided to get engaged, we went to several commercial places in search of the perfect ring for us only to find that no one really took the time to help us understand what we were truly buying. We also had a stone and setting picked out online, but we were uneasy about purchasing investment jewelry without having first seen it. We traveled to Atlanta at my friend's recommendation and made an appointment to meet with Ben. We couldn't have been happier we did!! The experience was so enjoyable and personalized. Ben really took the time to show us each stone and each setting and pick the perfect one for us! We didn't feel taken advantage of, rushed, or pressured. Ben really wanted us to be happy with what we were buying. Since we were traveling, the only good thing that came from shopping around first was that we were able to give Ben more specific information regarding what we were looking for in the ring (our preferred 4C's criteria, setting details, sample pictures, our budget, etc.) so that he had items prepared to show us (but I also think this is just good practice). He stayed true to all of our wishes and exceeded our expectations! We were so pleased with our experience and with the quality of the product we went ahead and chose our wedding bands from Cachet as well.
