Krystal — Restaurant in Atlanta

The customer service that I recieved recently was the absolute worse that I have ever experienced in my life. I visit Krystal restaurants often, there is a location next to my office in College Park, because I do enjoy the breakfast menu items. Last night, I picked up an order for a delivery company and was scolded at the window when presenting my form of payment. I was told, "Sir, you CANNOT place orders at the drive thru window under NO circumstances. I will accept your order this time at the window, but you CANNOT do this again!" I listened, apologized, and "attempted" to inform to her that I was not aware and that my instructions did not explain the special request of how an order needs to be placed. I say attempted because she interrupted me letting me know that that is the rule and I must follow them if I was to order at this location and that she could get in trouble for accepting payment at the window. I told her I had no problem with coming inside and making a payment. She rolled her eyes and asked me, "why are you being difficult, you are the ONLY driver that has given a response to what I asked them to do." I just simple told her that it should be communicated to the person that sets up the merchant account with the delivery company for future drivers won't make the same mistake. She told me, "I just told you", while giving me my form of payment and receipt and asked me to pull up to the curb while my order is being prepared. She continued to raise her voice at me and at this point I could nothing but laugh, I cannot believe a person that claims she is a manager, speaks to a customer in this manner. I decided to just come inside and pick up the food. I was the only one in the lobby and it took time for someone to acknowledge me. It was 7 people in the kitchen looking at screens, a few was working, and it was a young lady bagging drive thru orders. I was able to get her attention and I informed her I will wait in the lobby for the big order. I waited until I was called and the young lady went over the order with me. I thanked her, she politely told me to have a nice day. An effective manager should be able to disfuse any difficult situation, not make the experience worse with her personal commentary. I will NEVER order at or deal with this Krystal's restaurant again. A staff member, and definitely not a manager, should never make a person feel as if he/she is being "difficult" and spoken to in a disrespectful manner. I am hoping that this older lady is retrained and given some skills to effectively resolve an issue instead of speaking to him/her as if she is speaking to...

Went through drive through and placed order. Was asked to pull up and she would bring our food right out. There were no customers in dining room. As we pulled forward after 5 minutes of waiting, there was only one car behind us at window. That vehicle received their order and pulled around us. We watched two different customers walk inside and place separate orders. After 5 minutes, 1rst customer leaves with large order. Then second dining room customer received his about 3 minutes and left. Sat in vehicle for approximately 10 more minutes and went inside to inquire why we had not received order, yet all others after us had come and gone. My question was ignored and i watched as my food was being prepared after 23 minutes of waiting. As my food was being bagged up I proceeded to get napkins and condiments. There was no mustard or ketchup in bins so I asked for some and window lady told me get my own in lobby. I told her there was none. She stomped toward shelf holding boxes of condiments and then stomped into lobby and practically threw the mustard messily into bin. Never offering me some in bag so I could leave after almost half hour if wait time. Rudest person i have ever encountered. The service does not even...

Y'all... I am a Krystal lover through and through. I have been to several over the years and have certainly experienced differing levels of quality and customer service. However, on Saturday night, July 20th, I was visiting this area, and around midnight, I got a hankering for the 5 cheese Krystal meal with chili cheese fries. So, away I went. This was the nearest location to my hotel. Given it was the late-night shift, my expectations were not very high. To my delight, I could not have been more surprised. First, the female attending the drive through window was so pleasant. Her friendly disposition truly radiated. Once I received my order, I was completely blown away. It was the best Krystal meal I have had in eons - and maybe ever. I order my meal with no onions, and typically have to scrape off at least a few since the patties are grilled with them. Not this time! The crew working this evening was on point! The food was all warm and clearly made fresh. I was only in the drive through line for a minute and a half - and part of that was because there was a car in front of me! Excellent work team!! I wish the Chattanooga locations would take a note from this...
