I normally don’t leave bad reviews, but I had to share my experience with this lash supply company. I placed a large order of 30+ items and only received one. The one item I did get was poor quality — the lashes were stiff, cheap-looking, and absolutely not worth the price.

When I reached out to customer service, I got no real help. They either ignored my messages or gave me the runaround with excuses. I’ve been in the beauty industry for years and have ordered from plenty of vendors — this has been by far the worst experience I’ve had.
