Updated: Things have changed. Its more of a daycare than a luxury apartment. If you have kids and dont make them mind this is the place for you. Leasing says they'll handle things but they are just telling you what you want to hear to get you off their backs. If youre a gym person know that the property manager approves people sitting on machines whilst on their phones not using the machines, its up to waiting residents to approach the rude resident and request to use the machines. When asked how thats logical the response was "Its not about logic". What does this place make decisions based off of then? Mind blown. The rooftop pool is filled with running children that I can hear above me and now the kids of leasing office employees are running above me. Not sure how one is supposed to see a resolution when the people responsible for fixing it are now part of it. Im so done being respectful and minding my business and still dealing with inconsiderate people at what is now a daycare facility. The building is beautiful and I love my apartment, but Im seeing things change after being here for almost 3 years. ‐--------------------------

I moved into Modera Old Ivy on 11 28 22 and it was the easiest move-in I've ever experienced. The leasing office staff is amazing and so helpful. One of them even helped me move a huge box to my unit. The concierge team is welcoming and polite and knows me by name. The appliances and construction of the building are high quality. Maintenance requests are handled immediately and the maintenance staff is extremely nice and helpful. It's very quiet and I don't hear my neighbors unless they are walking right by my door. There are a TON of amenities and the decor throughout the building is stunning. My guests are in awe when they walk through the lobby and even more so when they see my unit and the incredible view.
