Rreal Tacos - Buckhead — Restaurant in Atlanta

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Rreal Tacos, and I must say, my experience was absolutely outstanding—thanks to our incredible server, Ashley. From the moment we walked in, Ashley made us feel genuinely welcomed with her warm smile, positive energy, and professional demeanor. It’s rare to come across someone who truly elevates the dining experience, but Ashley did exactly that, making our evening truly special.

What stood out the most was Ashley’s attentiveness. She was incredibly perceptive, always checking in at the perfect moments without being intrusive. Whether it was refilling our drinks before we even had to ask or ensuring every detail of our order was correct, her ability to anticipate our needs was remarkable. Her level of service was seamless, making us feel relaxed and well taken care of throughout our meal.

Another thing that impressed me was Ashley’s deep knowledge of the menu. When we asked for recommendations, she confidently suggested a few dishes, describing each one in detail. It was clear that she not only knew the menu inside and out but was also passionate about the food being served. Based on her suggestions, we ordered a few items we might not have otherwise tried, and they turned out to be absolutely delicious! Her expertise made a huge difference in our experience.

Despite the restaurant being quite busy that evening, Ashley never seemed overwhelmed. She handled multiple tables with ease, always maintaining a calm and friendly attitude. Even when faced with a particularly demanding group nearby, she remained professional, patient, and composed. It was clear that she genuinely cares about her guests and takes pride in providing top-tier service.

What truly set Ashley apart was her ability to make the experience feel personal. She took the time to engage in friendly conversation, making us feel more like valued guests rather than just another table. Little details, like remembering our names and checking in to see if we were enjoying our meal, added such a thoughtful touch. She struck the perfect balance between professionalism and genuine warmth, making the entire experience feel effortless and enjoyable.

As someone who values great service, I can confidently say that Ashley is one of the best servers I’ve ever encountered. Her kindness, efficiency, and attention to detail made our dining experience unforgettable. If you ever have the chance to be served by Ashley, consider yourself lucky! Her dedication and passion for hospitality shine through in every interaction, and it’s clear that she goes above and beyond to ensure every guest leaves happy.

I cannot recommend Ashley highly enough—she is a true asset to RReal Tacos, and I sincerely hope management recognizes the outstanding work she does. Because of her, I will absolutely be returning, and I will be requesting her section whenever possible.

This is the first time that I had an "ok" experience at Rreal. All the other locations I have been to I have SANG their Praises from the Mountain Tops. However, this experience unfortunately was not one of those.

Getting to the location was super easy as it is right on the main road. The parking is also a plus as there is a parking deck attached to the restaurant and they validate. As I walked in, the young lady at the hostess stand was super pleasant and very inviting. As I was a party os 2 she was able to seat us immediately.

Once seated our waiter arrived within moments and was very nice. The ambiance as a whole is very casual and laid back which was fitting as we just wanted to grab a bite to eat. Being that I am a lover of the Rreal brand, I knew what I wanted to we placed our order and and waited for the appetizer to arrive.

I ordered the Chips and Salsa for an App and the Quesabirria for my meal. The food arrived in good timing which shows that the kitchen has a good process flow. However, for the FIRST TIME EVER of me eating at Rreal, I wasn't fully satisfied with my Queabirria. To be fair, I wasn't unhappy, however, I was slightly dejected by the toughness of the beef. I have become accustomed to the beef being very tender to the point that it almost melts in your mouth. Yet, this time, my meat was a little tough. I had to do a few extra chews per bite which made the food experience moderate.

Furthermore, I didn't see my waiter again from the time our food came until he happened to be walking past us and I asked for the check. Oh how quickly an experience can go from promoter to detrator as Food and Service are the primary components of the dining experience.

Nonetheless, the food was okay. I would go again, however, this location wouldn't be my first option unless i'm already...

Came here on a whim after an event looking for food and drinks. We found this place heading to another place honestly. We were hungry and parking was convenient so we bust a u-turn and came here instead. It was not the worst decision I've made lol. We were able to get seated immediately and chose al fresco aka outside seating. There's a little issue when the sun starts to set it hits you hard but if you can tolerate it or are seated out of its range you're golden. Our server Jana was a Rockstar and had full control of her section. She's a pretty girl, with a down to earth attitude and she knows her menu which is all tracks to me. The food was good and there was a bevy of sauces given to us upon seating, the salsa verde was very spicy though and that's usually not the case. Considering it's a Buckhead location I'd say the prices were reasonable. There's also other places in the area to shop and eat. Definitely give them a try and ask for Jana's section, she's a gem that they're lucky to have working there. P.S. I adored the Halloween decor everywhere and the unisex bathroom I used...
