Iāve reached out to corporate about my shopping experience at this location. Followed through the store as soon as I entered. As Iām looking at the rugs one of the workers comes over and announces the price as if I asked. No Hi. No How are you. No do you need any help? Just walked up and announced the rug was $1400 as if that would detour me from being interested(it didnāt). I stand in line to complete my purchase and the same lady immediately rushes to the counter and stands next to the door as if sheās anticipating me to run out the door! I donāt like job-shaming anyone however itās always the people working for minimum wage appearing as if theyāre one Big Mac meal from their food stamp card declining who tries to pre-judge others. Iām disappointed in myself for still completing my purchase after the fact and will most likely return my items. Iād rather take my money elsewhere where Iām respected and not pre-judge based on my skin color. Based on other reviews this isn't the first time this...

I wanted to purchase a light pink chaise that had dirt on it and no price tag. He informed me it was $60 (because he ārememberedā seeing it before; gave me no hard evidence), and said he didnāt see any dirt so wouldnāt discount the price. Barely even looked at the item and was incredibly obnoxious: āIāve worked here for 3 years I know how much it cost and I wonāt take money off because I donāt see any dirt.ā
The nice woman working the register was very accommodating and made sure I had the receipt to return it immediately upon being treated that way.
Might as well buy things on Amazon if you canāt get a reasonable discount for items that are damaged, and I wonāt give money to places that treat customers so poorly.
Try At Home, Marshallās, Target, or Walmart for...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThis location is often very busy but somewhat a good location to shop. Workers often have cart to unload in way of aisle. Though often find what i'd like. It is kept up pretty good but a small Homegoods. Be alert to easily moody, weak minded, rude workers here. Today i decide to get a glass pitcher, Homegoods is a good place to lookāŗ. Found one walk around keep up other items get to register problem. Bagging; I tell cashier (young female teaching another) to not bag glass with pot in such large bag she became rude basicly threw (tossed) one item at me, her tone harsh/nasty change when spoke "have nice day". I am a customer i do not go to store to praise,cheer-up, ego stroke, or pamper the miserably employed. Homegoods have employees to put a sheet of paper around breakable item bag with items to clang about. This ruins a decent already...
