This is the worst company that has been ever created. Stay far far away from any No18. They are an unorganized corrupt snake oil organization that does NOT care about its customers one bit. They will bait and switch on you and then lie about it and then you’re stuck w no way out for 12 months. And then they’ll tell you that you haven’t paid despite showing them your credit card charges. They’ll change up parking charges on you. They’ll promise you all sorts of amenities and then they never come to fruition. They are worse than the Bally’s fitness membership scams of 90’s Don’t get lured in by pretty pictures. This is not a company that you want to do business with.

Update: 2/7/23 we couldn’t wait for our horrible one year contract to expire. We had a horrible just horrid experience with No18. Predictably we had someone follow up w us after they saw us not renew. We described the bait and switch situation and all of the details of our year w them. Some polite “oh we are so sorry” but no real concern or care. Again this was par for the course w this horrible company. I can’t reiterate enough to stay far far away from this company and Regus in general. They literally will lie to you and then tell you they can’t do anything. BEWARE : Worst Co-Working Space in Atlanta

This review is to warn potential tenants considering No.18 in Buckhead. As the other reviews confirm, No.18 is not what it promises to be and has really rubbed all of its tenants the wrong way. There’s a mass exodus afoot and a lot of us breaking our leases. It promises to be this cool “cosmopolitan members club for the modern professional” (their words) with events, atmosphere, and a kitchen/bar for members to enjoy. But the reality is the opposite. It is a confused, poorly staffed, poorly run, collection of cubicles with garish furniture, constant construction, and cold coffee. No events, no kitchen, no vibes, no atmosphere — and none of the staff has lasted longer than 2 months. Lastly, there is just this deeply engrained, corporate, apathy among the management. They simply don't care, and when confronted about all this, the response is just a bunch of canned answers lacking any intent to...

Regus has deceptive contracts and fraudulent businesses practices. I was told when I signed the contract for a virtual office that I could easily transfer to another center if I moved. However, they have ignored my requests for 4 months, while continuing to charge my credit card. They also renewed the contract for additional 6 months, although they are aware I moved to another state. If I can’t transfer, I informed them I would payout the contract by a certified check. They are demanding access to my credit card/bank account and pay fees at both centers, although I don’t use and don’t have access to either of them.

Edit: I have been trying to get help for 4 months. My requests have been IGNORED.

ETA: On 5/31/2022, I paid off the fraudulent contract extension in full. I continue to receive past due notices. No response to emails and...
