The market is amazing. It's the surface lot that's the problem. There are zero signs saying you can't back in. And if there are,they must be tiny AF because visually,when driving,nothing says not to. And statistics prove it's the safest way to park and pull out. If you're in a rush, you're supposed to see the tiny text that says no reverse parking AFTER you've parked in a hella busy lot once you're paying..... Turning your car around will get you to lose the spot. You'll be charged $30. LAZ Parking is making a KILLING. At least 15 other cars in the lot got the same citation. It should be illegal to charge for this with zero signs saying otherwise. ...

I have made several attempts to contact by phone and email. Neither of these options work. I paid for parking and have the receipt and confirmation. This is ridiculous and disappointing. Who can I speak with to resolve this issue before the citation increases to 70.00? Why doesn't the officer have documentation of the paid parking? There are cameras up and you recorded my license plate. With new technology, there should be a report that someone can run and see...
