I came here on my 3 year anniversary (which I specified on the reservation) with my boyfriend and we were both extremely disappointed. We had a reservation to sit outside and eat for 9:45pm. When we got there we were told there would be a 30 minute wait due to it raining just before we got there. We understood and were completely okay with waiting. There was short hispanic girl with a yellow/tan flower claw clip in her hair who was checking people into the restaurant. Her attitude off the bat was terrible! she didn't smile once nor even greet us. When we asked her if she would call or text to let us know when they were ready for us, she told us yes...we even had to ask her to confirm they had the correct phone number because she didn't even bother asking or checking. Once we gave her the number we wait for about 40 minutes, no call or text. So we decided to go back and check if people were still waiting. She proceeded to get everyone seated and NEVER called or texted us about our table. We gave her our resrvation name yet again still dealing with her attitude. We were then placed INSIDE and inbetween a huge group of people and another couple with barely any elbow room. We made a reservations to avoid all of this. My man had to calm me down because I wanted to go off on her for the terrible service and lack of care, on such a special day for us. Now our waitress Raven was amazing. She was quick and had a beautiful personality and smile. She's the only reason we didn't get up go elsewhere. I told the manager about ms.front desk and though he was nice and gave us 3 free appetizer cards that doesn't fix our anniversry dinner and im sure he didn't speak to the claw clip girl because he just excused her actions. Telling us because that back up was due to the rain and it was hectic, which i had already mentioned to him we didn't mind. It was the fact that we had a reservation, checked in, and was told we'd be notified once ready. This girl didn't even apologize for never notifying us and literally seating everyone but us. She's super lucky I had a kind man by my side that night. Im usually not one to complain or talk to managers but I was genuinely looking forward to a nice romantic night out with my partner overlooking the city and that one girl...
