I wanted so baldly to make this my home shop. I was searching for another nail shop i could go to after my last shop of 11+ yrs handled a situation poorly.

However, this shop my first visit was simply ok but i said so what they weren’t rude or anything. Today i decided to bring my daughter who is 9 but very tall for her age wanted her nails and toes done. We did a simple gel polish and an overlay and french tip.

I felt like i was over charged for a simple toe nail polish was 30$ and the overlay was 50 plus addtl 10 for french tip. I paid but something told me to research online for the price because why does a polish cost the same as a pedicure on a kid?

I called and act like i was never there and she told me the price was 20 for kids gel. I said well you charged me 30. Now im pissed because i know i asked is that correct for a kid prior to paying but i couldn’t question it because i didn’t research like i normally do before hand. However, instead of saying im sorry i was wrong this lady say oh no its for kids 6 and under. My daughter is 9 and i just reviewed this from the website during the call and it clearly states 10 and under. I returned to the shop and so does the booklet. I had a terrible experience here. I made an appointment for a manicure and when my technician came over she seemed very addled. She was jerking my hands around to remove my polish in a way that made me think I had personally offended her somehow. Eventually I told her once she removes the polish I would just pay for a removal and leave. She insisted I stay and proceeded to spend an hour and forty five minutes on my manicure. She dropped nail files, dropped materials, and all the employees of this store kept looking over because CLEARLY something was off. She even tried to tell me she doesn’t do chrome over black polish even though that was what I walked in with. My manicure does not look good but I had an event to attend and had to go. The person checking me out looked at my nails and I received a call 10 minutes after I left saying “we saw your nails look bad you can come in for a redo.”

I’m visiting from out of town and don’t want a redo I want my money back but the owner assured me it isn’t their policy to give refunds so now I have a shitty manicure, almost 2 hours of my life wasted and $90 down the drain. Also, the woman next to me was also receiving poor service as I watched her try to get her nail art right and she eventually resigned and said “just do French tips” which leads me to believe maybe this salon and all of their...

I received a deluxe pedicure with simple polish (non-gel) for 50.00 and 80 gel x set. Overall I'd give the experience a C+. The receptionist and technicians were polite, but I found the quality of the work be be subpar, especially the pedicure. It was rushed, has an uneven coat, polish was left on my skin, unclean lines, and the technician didn't attempt to shape my toenails, and I question if there was a top coat put on. The quality of the gel x was better, but the first coat placed on the nail is uneven and can be seen through the nude polish I selected and the placement of the gel x against the cuticle is uneven with one nail having a visible bubble.
