Touchdown Wings(Howell Mill) — Restaurant in Atlanta

I ordered a fairly large meal for myself, spouse, and mother and I am more than happy. Particularly with the catfish! My mother and I ordered the Catfish with 6 wings combo with fried rice. I was a little nervous about the catfish, as some of the pictures showed them cooked a little more than I typically eat them, but oh my goodness! That catfish was fresh, well-seasoned, flaky, and one of the best I've had from a restaurant. I asked the restaurant to cook my catfish "soft"... and he understood the assignment! I highly recommend them! I got the Juicy cajun special wings, and I enjoyed them as well. They remind you of a crab boil, with alot of flavor, but too much salt. If you are craving something a bit more "salty", then go for the spicy honey garlic wings or the garlic butter wings, which my mom and spouse enjoyed. I tasted the Philly egg rolls, and they were delightful! Everything was cooked fresh, and I enjoyed it. The fried rice was plentiful! They are not stingy with the portions, and they used whole shrimp in their rice! The customer service was great, and given the size of my order, it was ready fairly quickly! I enjoyed it, and will definitely put this spot as one of my favorites to visit on this side of town when I am craving wings... and my favorite all together when...

Ordered food on a Saturday night. Arrived home and opened the Buffalo chicken sandwich to realize there was no buffalo sauce. I also ordered whiting and received tilapia (which I can not eat). Took the picture attached and went in the next morning with my receipt.

They refused to refund me $20. TWENTY DOLLARS. Instead, someone came from the kitchen and told me the toasted part of the bun was the buffalo sauce. And that if I wanted a refund, I needed to bring the food in. After telling them the food was thrown away to avoid get rid of the odor, they continued to tell me I could not receive a refund without the food. The implication was to go back and bring food that was thrown away in the garbage OR come back with food that had been sitting for over 12 hours (completely unsanitary and disgusting).

I was given the owners personal phone number, who proceeded to deny my request for a refund and hung up in my face while explaining the error made by the establishment. The entire time, there was a CHILD that had to be no older than 13 witnessing the entire interaction. They also did not care that there were several other patrons witnessing their refusal to take accountability for their mistake. I would NOT recommend this...

I was very pleased with my first experience with Touchdown Wings. I was working in Midtown for the day and needed food to get me through a 10-hour shift, so I searched DoorDash for local options that wouldn’t take too long to be delivered. I received my food well before the estimate that DoorDash gave me when I placed my order. The food was portioned very generously. I ordered the 15 wings combo and upgraded my side to chicken fried rice. The rice was overflowing, and 15 wings is 15 wings, but they were very nicely sized. They weren’t like the small sized wings I get from the wing place next to the gas station by my house. It is definitely enough for 2 meals for me.
