I have never been a fan of Jimmy Carter, and honestly wasn't very interested. The Carter Center changed my mind! Not only is the place very well laid out, the story of Jimmy Carter is riveting. Do yourself a favor, and look into a man with one of the worst presidential reputations, who has done surprisingly more for good, then I ever imagined. That being said, the museum is very well laid out, and all the subject matter inside is interesting and Interactive. I was shocked that even my seven-year-old had enough to do that was interactive to keep him occupied! There is a good flow to the museum, and the information is very positive! When I visited the Carter Center, I was deeply moved by exhibits on what it took for President Jimmy Carter bring Israeli Prime Minister Menachem Begin and Egyptian President Anwar El Sadat together in the Camp David Accords. Begin demanded that every minute detail be clear. Sadat preferred only the grand sweep of principle. Carter went back and forth between them, patiently taking notes and mediating. I visited The Carter Center on MKL weekend. What a beautiful and education center. I am so impressed by the Good works, economical advancement of those less fortunate, and the bravery of Mr Carter and Mrs Carter in their international work on the voting process. I also enjoyed the Freedom Trail right outside the center. Bless The Carters with Christian beliefs and serving Man, Women, children as truly God intended.
