Have been wearing coach for the longest while and love my coach bags, its the first have ever been at a coach store and feel like this walking out, I was definitely racially profile, upon arriving the associate greeted the young lady that walk in before me, I waited until she finish speaking with her was hoping she would have greeted me the same way, but she did not I had to walk over to her and speak with her, I purchase a bag from their store a while back at that same location and was told that I have a life time guaranteed if thr strap broken they would have fixed it, have purchase six bags that day from them, I explain that to the associate she immediately state they no longer does that she will of to get a manager, I watch her walk over to the manager and I guess explain to him, as am watching everything he smirk then walk over to me did not even say his name, did not introduce himself and the first word out of his mouth was we no longer does that without even asking me any question, I told him that is what I was told I can look up the order, he immediately shut me down in the middle of the store say no need to we no longer does that for the past 8 years and no one else have a better replacement policy than us, I told me its not 8 years since have purchase the bags why don't he look up my order, he said no, no need to, he have been at that store for over 20 years and if I wanted the strap to fixed it will be $120 He show no empathy, he was ignorant, as he talking to me he just looking around with his hands fold and smirking, at no time he say he apologized for the inconvenience or to look up my order to see when it was order, he offer absolutely nothing, and he told me even if someone told me that he will not honor it. Read moreWent shopping on a mother-daughter trip to AC. We had one goal and that was to get my mom a new coach bag! We ended up being assisted by Justice and had an amazing experience! Justice was so kind and patient. Justice was flexible with walking us around the store and price checking various bags once my mom ended up finding her choice… I ended up finding myself interested in getting a bag as well. I wanted to step out of my comfort zone of my usual crossbody bag. Justice gave some recommendations on what would be considered stylish and age appropriate for me when asked. At times even checking the back for us based on what we saw on the floor. Afterwards I purchased an add on of monogrammed/personalized coach tags to go with my new bag. The person at the station was patient and ran by the final prints over and over again with me before embossing my coach tag! We were definitely in there for a while and my mother & I can definitely be indecisive so it was nice to have Justice who was extremely supportive and understanding help us. I asked Justice how long she had been working there and she said only a few days I couldn’t believe it! Tried to pay in CASH, but they would only accept credit card payments while two check-out lanes were open (they gave some b.s. story about protecting me as a customer). This meant that even though I was next in line, customer after customer behind me was served instead. To add to this problem, one cashier was so inefficient (chatting with customer and showing her new merchandise while others waited in a very long line) that I gave up after a 20 minute wait. Those shopping with me returned their purchased items in solidarity - the customer service was that bad. After complaining the manager opened all checkouts and miraculously accepted cash and credit payments at the same time. Sadly it was too late for this customer.
