What a disaster this place is. I sat at one of the round tops attached to the bar. There are six that surround the bar, one was occupied by patrons and the other five sat there dirty. The bar tender didn't even recognize that I sat at one of the dirty tables for 5 minutes before she even asked "if everything was ok" as if she had been serving me the entire time. I overheard the bartender mentioning that she doesn't even know what the "house Cabernet is, so I don't know what to pour." I then observed a table sitting in the main dining room that never even was approached by a server for 20 minutes, like no water, no menu, nothing. There seemed to be a manager running around but with little clue as to what was going on. I sat for nearly 20 mins before anyone asked if I would like to order food. Before anyone says it was busy as an excuse, there were 11 tables with patrons, there are over 30 tables in here... I have visited here during the pandemic, and had great service, not an excuse this time. The picture I took was of a bus tub sitting on the bar for nearly 40mins with multiple employees just walking by it, placed there by the "manager looking guy".

The food here was good I really did enjoy the flatbread. The scallops were also fine very well. We had an attentive waitress who did a great job checking in with us throughout our time there. They only had one dessert option which was cheese cake. But other than that we had a good time. The beers were limited to only 5 I did end up getting a flight which I did enjoy but the beers weren’t to my liking… that’s personal tho. The selection of food was good with large food menu. The only thing is that they were out of a few things on the menu which is a little disappointing. They are reasonably priced for what we got. The outdoor area was nice we enjoyed sitting out there and enjoying the weather. The inside was ACed and nice as well they do have a large space. Parking is across the street $10 cash but they will give you back $10 before you leave the restaurant. The parking is across the street- it was convenient for us.

While at a conference in the Atlantic City Convention Center, a few of us attendees came here for lunch. This pub/restaurant is in the Sheraton across the driveway from the Convention Center, so it’s a very quick walk from the conference. The place was packed during lunchtime, as I imagine it always is when bigger conferences are in town. We got seats at the bar. The bartenders taking care of us were friendly and helpful… they were great! But the kitchen seemed a little backed up. It took about 20 mins for my food to arrive. Once it got there, it was really good! Their French Dip is made with a really tasty, fresh, tender beef and the bun and broth were both excellent too. I got mine with onion rings instead of fries and those onion rings were great. Overall, the food and venue was great. Nice menu too! But the slow kitchen is why I’m knocking them down a star. Definitely worth stopping in tho!!

I had previously stayed at the Sheraton while working at the AC field hospital during COVID in April and ordered takeout to my room. The food was good so I didn't hesitate to go dine here this past Saturday 7/25 while in AC for my birthday. We called ahead to put our name in and were told the wait was an hour. We were seated by the hostess right around the time we were told over the phone (at 10:15pm). After being seated a male server took our drink and food order (chicken tenders, fries and burgers). 10-15 min later a female server (short with short hair) came and asked if we needed refills. An hour later I tried to flag down our original server who indicated he would be with us in a minute to find out what was going on since we hadn't gotten our food nor had anyone checked on us. He never came to the table so I proceeded to go up to the hostess who was standing with another server. They responded that "the kitchen was backed up" and they would "check on our food." I asked if anyone was going to communicate that to us considering we had young children with us and it was now almost 11:30pm. Still no one came to the table. 20 minutes later the short female server with short hair asked us if we needed anything (no mention of the amount of time we were waiting). I asked if anyone was going to acknowledge what was going on and the fact that we were waiting for so long, she responded "I told you earlier that our cook walked our and your waiter had to go back to the kitchen to cook." She NEVER mentioned this to us previously. In the meantime a large group behind us started arguing amongst themselves yelling and cursing loudly, to the point that people at another table complained to our server who proceeded to tell the large group than another table was threatening to call the police if they didn't quiet down. This was SO unprofessional, instead of telling them that their establishment didn't tolerate that kind behavior, she blamed it on other patrons and only further escalated the situation. At this point we were ready to leave but the small kids with us were hungry and food options were limited late at night. Our food came out at 11:40, we asked for to-go containers and our bill, paid and left without so much as an apology. Safe to say we will not return here. If I could give this experience zero...

We ate here for the first and only time last night. We've frequented Atlantic City numerous times in the past and this is our first time staying off the boardwalk (at the Sheraton Convention Center). After a full day of beach and boardwalk we came to our hotel and knew this was the restaurant that also provides "room service" for the hotel, but we decided to go downstairs and sit outside to eat as we might walk around the outlets after dinner. We were promptly seated and drinks brought out. Orders were taken. Refills for drinks came out and then cricket silence. We ordered 3 appetizers only one of which came out at an appropriate time (with our refills) the other 2 came out with our food an hour+ after we placed our order. The worst part of all of this was the food was terrible. Our fried Brussel sprouts came out with an empty cup that was supposed to have dipping sauce but was just clean empty? My husband's fish tacos were cold (he ate 2 thinking maybe the middle one would be warmer) 3 of us ordered brisket sandwiches and the brisket was dry and lacking flavor, the beans were a joke, I've made better at home (and were also cold). The Buffalo sauce for our hot wings was super watered down and not even spicy. We did get 15% of our bill due to complaining about the fish being cold. But an hour of sitting at the table waiting for food that was this poor quality and cold is just bad business. If we waited that long and things were piping hot and tasted delicious it would be a completely different story. The only plus side was the beer my husband and MIL had -they said it was delicious.

For the price I would go anywhere else (we actually walked to McDonald's cause my husband was still hungry after not finishing his meal and it was 930 at this point so everything else was pretty...

I used to love this place! I have been going every year after the teachers convention for years!!! I went today and was so incredibly disappointed! The service was still great as per usual, but the quality of the food was so poor. The serving sizes overall were so much smaller than they used to be. The biggest affront was the blue claw fries appetizer. They are $14 which is definitely a reasonable price for crab meat on French fries but was absolutely absurd for what came to our table. There was barely a handful of fries on the plate which was surprising to begin with as restaurants very rarely skimp on fries especially as an appetizer due to them being so inexpensive. What made it so much worse was the fact that there was maybe 5 slivers of crab meat. I kid you not- no exageration- 5 slivers. It had to be less than a tablespoon of crab meat, and it wasn't even the good quality white crab meat. We were all astounded at what came to our table for $14! We also ordered the onion rings which used to come in a beautiful tower stack with some delicious sauce. Today, there were a handful of overly greasy rings served with honey mustard which I think is a random thing to serve onion rings with. Finally, we also ordered chicken fingers which were ok, but they were supposed to come out with a variety of dipping sauces and were delivered with one small cup of honey mustard. Overall, today was such a disappointment, especially considering how much I look forward to going...
