The Quarter at Tropicana — Local services in Atlantic City

Would not recommend the West end or Quarter. Quality of rooms is awful for the price, and you hear loud knocking from the elevator/plumbing all night long. Your room won't even have a chair. And if you try to ask for desk assistance, the desk area is is closed and when you finally get to the other front desk they tell you WELL, you should NEVER stay in the West end.. the FRONT desk that assigned you tells you after you shouldn't stay there!! ... how does that make sense??? Because you didnt choose it - it was chosen for you by the check in desk clerk. It was a disappointing to say the least. 5/2025 I hope they work to...

Our first visit to the Imax theatre inside The Quarter. Almost impossible to find. They give a boardwalk address and there’s nothing there. Via GPS for The Quarter we thought we would have to take our bicycles into the parking garage to get there. After asking directions three times, “See that little group of people…” (on Pacific Ave outside a stealthy storefront) we finally found it! 20 minutes late. They have Imax banners on the boardwalk to try to increase their very small audience. I suggest adding a What’s Showing sign with show times and a good link for where the heck...

Read reviews and was super excited to go. After driving around for 20mins looking for $$ parking, we finally made it to building. Besides the beautiful main entry and tropical feel, it was not much to write home about. Super pricey, sparse stores. EXTREMELY overpriced Starbucks- 30 for 3 coffees. I mean sure...I get it. Prices are more expensive in these places but seriously. For what we got, that should be a crime. We sipped coffees then left. It's a location you visit to check off you visit/ bucket list and that's it. Nothing more. 3 stars are for the overall tropical feel...
