I have always had a very good impression of your store. Every time I visit Atlantic City, New Jersey, I make sure to stop by Zeytinia because I really enjoy your products and the atmosphere. However, I want to report a serious issue with one of your cashiers. When I visited last year, there was a man at the register who was wearing a mask and had a half-bald head. He was very rude, did not seem to understand customers, and behaved inappropriately. He even called my wife “baby,” which was extremely disrespectful. I immediately reported this incident to the casino and also sent an email to your store, but I never received a reply. That was very disappointing. This year, I visited again, hoping that person would no longer be there. Unfortunately, I saw the same man still working as a cashier, and his attitude hasn’t changed. He was again rude, distracted by a lady who wore a scarf on her head, while I was speaking to him, and showed no manners or professionalism. He was still wearing a mask. How do you guys put this sick and uneducated person in your store? Made the wrong coffee for me. Then I asked him to call his manager. The lady said he was the manager.    Read moreThey have good products. High prices. The problem with them is their nasty employees. I was waiting by the deli for service. I was extremely patient. I was in full view of the woman at the cashier. She was looking right at me as I waited and waited. I rang the bell twice but no response. Another employee joined her and both were staring at me waiting. I finally NICELY asked if someone could help me. At this point she says it's closed. So you and your fellow employee are watching me wait. And wait...and wait...but no one can say it is closed??? Disgraceful. Your customers are who keep you in business. I'd rather be inconvenienced and go downstairs to get what I need than to patronize their store ever again. It would behove them to act like decent people. I've read all the other negative reviews of the nasty ill mannered employees. Now I join the ranks. I also voiced my complaint to Tropicana. I urge everyone else to do the same if you also have negative experiences at this store....
   Read moreIf I could give this place 0 stars I would. We initially came here for gelato and the lady aggressively dismissed us and told us to come back in 30 minutes as she was busy. We came an hour later and she was currently giving gelato to a customer and when it was out turn she told the older guy who worked with her something and then he proceeded to say that the machine for gelato was closed. To which I asked why it is suddenly closed when they just served someone else 2 minutes ago. The older man yelled at us telling us that it was closed and to leave. I am absolutely disgusted by this place and their ownership. After the previous customer walked out I had asked him how he asked for gelato and he said he just went up and asked and paid.
