Extremely disappointed. I came in from out of state and was about to open the door to shop and the lady in the shop put a note on the door that they were closing for lunch which was not noted on their hours online (Iâve never heard of everyone working in the store going to lunch at the same time) but the time on the sign was 18 minutes away so I knew I had to shop fast. As I was going in the lady stepped in front of me and said I can only shop if I know EXACTLY was I am going to buy (⊠this is an outlet type shop so you canât even be sure exactly what is in there anyway so I donât know how you know exactly what youâre going to buy). I said I wasnât sure so she said I couldnât shop and closed the door on me.
Such a terrible shopping experience and I will never come back, and I recommend you pick any other Kate spade...
