Kate Spade Outlet — Local services in Auburn

Extremely disappointed. I came in from out of state and was about to open the door to shop and the lady in the shop put a note on the door that they were closing for lunch which was not noted on their hours online (I’ve never heard of everyone working in the store going to lunch at the same time) but the time on the sign was 18 minutes away so I knew I had to shop fast. As I was going in the lady stepped in front of me and said I can only shop if I know EXACTLY was I am going to buy (… this is an outlet type shop so you can’t even be sure exactly what is in there anyway so I don’t know how you know exactly what you’re going to buy). I said I wasn’t sure so she said I couldn’t shop and closed the door on me.

Such a terrible shopping experience and I will never come back, and I recommend you pick any other Kate spade...

do not order from Kate Spade New York (the company's direct website). They lost my sister's Christmas gifts. kept telling me to wait, and check back. I noticed that their website said all orders would have to be placed today to arrive in time. They again told me to wait when i contacted them today. They told me they would refund or replace tomorrow if the items were in stock. That's after their posted date. When I called them out on it they offered a refund. It's sitting somewhere in their warehouse and they can't be bothered to go look for it! I will NEVER buy Kate Spade from there again! Lauralynn from the Auburn Kate Spade is making it right, visit them FIRST before...

Was checking with the sales person to see if we can get another piece of the bag we want rather than the one on display, due to the item condition is not as desired, we were told that whatever we are holding is the last piece.
