Was highly disappointed in the customer service today. I walked around for several minutes deciding on what I wanted and not one person asked if I needed assistance. They spoke to others as they walked in and some provided them service. I went from the front to back looking and no service. Then finally I guess they got tired of me going around the store after I walked passed them enough or maybe they were profiling (I’m sure) and the tall thin young lady asked me if I needed assistance. I then asked her if the staff changed and it seemed to get all there attention. She didn’t say much cause I let her know how horrible the service was thus far. It’s at that time someone wanted to provide me service. When I first started coming here after I moved here the staff was so welcoming and helpful. This new staff (I’ve seen the transition over the past year) is less than desirable. I still bought my 3 pieces that I found despite them, cause I like Michael Kors and have shopped with them for years! The staff need to do better and definitely...

I went in with a friend and we were helped by Joy. She was very rude and kept rolling her up eyes as I asked to try on two watches. Customer service was terrible and I was not pleased with the constant whispering between Joy and her coworkers. I felt as if I was being judged. MK does have a lot of nice things and I would like to purchase watches and gifts but I will not give my money to a store that has employees that do not show common curtesy to their customers. It is pathetic that as a customer MK would want me to give them my money will I am ridiculed and constantly offended by their employees. I am very saddened to share this story because I went here once before and I was met with a very friendly employee and was under the impression that all the other employees were nice and kind but Joy broke that stereotype in 15 minutes. I love this location. I love the sales and that some of the girls know the prices right off the bat for things on sale too. They're not too pushy but helpful enough. I just exchanged a bag and that was hassle free. I don't remember her name but I did not use her name during christmas for the receipt as someone who helped me , because 2 other girls helped and knew all the prices which led me to buy more at a great price. But this girl was also soooo helpful and had such a great personality every time we came. She's black with curly hair , she's 19 and she's about 5'3. Her hair is curly and blond with dark roots. She's amazing so please tell her that for us! Monica was also one of the girls that helped me and my mom but major. Can't remember the other girl but her name was used during Christmas mostly because she knew all the prices. Anyway ...great...
