Hands down the best place in town for all your pets needs! One of my favorite things about this place is the staff, everyone is so kind and helpful.

I highly recommend checking out their new doggy wash station. I went for the first time today with my dog and it was a 12/10 experience! Under $20 to use the station which includes shampoo/ conditioner, wet brushes, dog treats, an apron so you don’t get too wet as you bathe your dog, towels, access to the blower. Most importantly the staff sanitizes the station after each use. After the 12th bath purchase you also get some sort of discount towards the next one. Also it’s really nicely decorated on the inside, it makes it feel like cute dog spa.

I was able to cover all the things I needed for my dog including a bath, food, a leash and some training treats. The staff also helped load my large bag of food into my car , just makes you feel like family. Thank you to everyone at Hollywood Feed in Augusta,...

I have to give five stars for the management here. This guy is top notch. I normally am greeted when I come in the door but when this guy is working I get him five stars. He has a great personality, you can tell he’s warm and caring and knowledgeable and cares about his store. I don’t know how often raises are given but to keep people like this around in the world that we live in I hope that you guys are taking care of him on the corporate spectrum. I forget his name and I feel so bad but he is great in my family‘s eyes. He is the epitome of warmth, five star customer service and kindness. I can buy this brand of dog food online easily and never have to walk into a store but he keeps me coming back. So thank you. I love stopping in to visit and pick up all of my niche and quality pet items. The staff are so knowledgeable and friendly and the store is ALWAYS clean and organized. Travis, the store manager, is like a walking encyclopedia when it comes to pet care. He is always so warm and approachable. If he doesn’t know the answer, Travis will find out for you because he is dedicated to giving you the best customer service possible and because he will be curious as well. You will never get a pitiful “I don’t know” for an answer followed by seeing someone’s back as they are walking away that has unfortunately become too common at most places.
