Absolutely worst customer service. I had to nearly throw myself in front of an employee to get help as they were actively avoiding eye contact and plain conversation. Any how, we shopped without any further help. One associate did speak to us, only to tell us they would be closing in 15 min and ran off faster than I had a chance to ask her a question about finding a certain size. We needed to return some things my family bought for my kids and the check out person rolled his eyes and sighed at me. It only got worse as I bought something offline seperately and asked him if what he needed off the package to look up and he laughed at me because apparently he thought my question was stupid and told me it was just a USPS label and what I expected him to do with that. I told him I hadn't a clue what he needed and he didn't need to laugh, maybe just try to tell me what he needed.
I will never frequent old Navy again. If my husband hadn't been really set on getting the correct sizes for our son I would have just left everything in the store and stayed with my refund. I felt completely uncomfortable.

The charges had been in ā pending ā status on my card so I was thinking it was going to fall off . Monday when the actual charge posted I contacted the store spoke to Alissa/Alyssa who literally didnāt care about anything I said ⦠the first thing that came out of her mouth was ā you can call your bankā instead of apologizing for a mistake THEY made. She didnāt give me any other options, neither did she apologize. In the middle our conversation I was also placed on a hold and then HUNG UP ON . You think I got a call back? Nope . I had to call back In . She was very unprofessional, I asked for the manager and she argued with me before giving the name Justin. She mentioned Justin was on vacation and there was no assistance manager, the customer service these days Is so crazy! I miss the good service that actually made you want to shop their again.. I will never shop at this...

One of the employees I believe the manager walked up to my girlfriend and I and said "you need to stop shopping and pay for what you have, we closed 5 minutes ago." The employee a female with brown hair average height was very rude in the way she spoke and made it seem we knew the store hours by heart and were purposely there to make her day longer. In fact I watched as other customers were led out and the man was very upset about her attitude and said he would not shop at #oldnavy again. The employee was acting as if the business was hers and she could do as she pleased and do in a manner that was most disrespectful. I agree with the man that was led out ahead of me. I will never shop at a place that would hire managers who want to get out early and push potential future customers...
