The star is the carbs. Their corn tortillas haw the right thickness. Their sopes are even better: snapping when cut and then being substantial without crumbling. I had the lengua, the suadero, and the fajita de pollo. Yes the two beef meats are great. But do not sleep on the chicken. Their chicken fajitas are moist and cooked with minimal charring, which means the chicken and spices become the taste front.
Underrated: their onion-habanero mix. The trick: eat the onion on its own, and if you want put the habanero in the main dish. The onion absorbs the habanero heat and adds a texture.
