Let me just start by saying the gentleman I did business with was so kind. As a 25 year old young woman, it’s hard to find a place that won’t instantly try to nickel and dime me. These guys are very reasonable with their pricing- lowest cost in Austin based on the quotes I received from other repair shops around the city! They have also been around for 60 years so they definitely take pride in their work and satisfaction of their customers. It was so cool getting to see all of the old television sets they have on display. A real piece of Austin history! I got my tv power cord replaced and it was done within a day.
