I had an absolutely infuriating experience at this Dior store today. I walked in specifically to purchase two Dior Saddle Bags, ready to spend a significant amount of money, but the staff completely ignored me. They just stood around, acting like I wasn’t even there, and not once did anyone offer assistance. I couldn’t shake the feeling that I was being judged based on my appearance, which was not only rude but completely unprofessional. After being completely dismissed and treated like I wasn’t worthy of their attention, I walked out without making a purchase. Frankly, this store doesn’t deserve a dime of my money. I’ve been a luxury shopper my entire life, and I’ve never encountered such uptight, judgmental employees. They clearly don’t understand the concept of customer service or how to treat potential clients. I will NEVER return to this store. There are plenty of other Dior locations where the staff actually know how to value their customers and take their business seriously. ZERO stars if I could...

I share some of the concerns expressed in other negative reviews of this store. While I understand that returns and exchanges are not permitted for bags purchased elsewhere, I was assured in Dubai that I would be welcomed at any location and could receive a box to complete my purchase, since I bought my bag at duty free. Unfortunately, my experience at this store was disappointing, especially considering I spent $6,500 on the bag. The staff’s attitude was unwelcoming and left me feeling undervalued as a customer. I just had the sweetest experience at Dior ❤️ I first spoke with Katie yesterday inquiring about a bag and it was like talking to a girlfriend on the phone. She educated me about the bag and gave me her thoughts on its versatility and quality. Sean followed up with me yesterday evening and told me he would be available when I visited to answer any more questions. I came in today (no appointment needed) and was immediately greeted with smiles and a very eager Sean ready to help with styling.
