I have used her personally many times over, and professionally with a mass delivery of client appreciation gifts recently. First, I want to say her attention and organization around every single detail of delivery and presentation assures me all is very well taken care of. I can absolutely trust that she will bring forth exactly what I want with the most gorgeous display of appreciation. This woman has a magical eye for natural beauty (for real!) and hand picks the most beautiful, fresh assembly of natural, wild feeling floral goodness consistently, every single time. Her unique and stunning bouquets come from what is seasonally available, which she grows herself and thoughtfully procures elsewhere, all with local flair. Flowers are my love language, but as I’ve recently begun to understand the carbon footprint of so many of the flowers on offer at traditional flower shops, I’ve had a hard time reconciling continuing to purchase them at the same frequency. Absolutely work with Josy on any floral needs! Not only does she deliver gorgeous arrangements, on time, but she is one of those professionals who comes through 100% on customer service My story: I am in Minnesota so I had to rely on digital correspondence only to place my order. Unfortunately, I had an old address for the recipient, so although Josy delivered on time, she went to the incorrectly-given address. The good news: she called the recipient, who explained my mistake and could then make arrangements to pick up a 2nd/new arrangement at Wild Vine Floral - and was most happy to do so.
