I’ve been training with Conrad and ICS Fitness for nearly three years in a group setting at my office, and most recently with an amateur women’s soccer team in NYC. As an athlete who has played competitive soccer for 24 years, I can highly recommend Conrad for his ability to challenge, motivate, and inspire his clients to meet their personal fitness goals. He’s worked with me through my first half marathon, where I was able to shave 10 minutes off my goal finish time in just three months--largely in part to the diversity of exercises I learned in Conrad’s classes. He’s also worked with me through several injuries, including ankle sprains, torn ligaments, concussions and more--and through all of it he has prioritized safety and recovery while providing a fun and challenging work out. What’s amazed me is how personalized my trainings have been despite being in a group workout setting. Conrad is always prepared, flexible, and incredibly knowledgeable--I’ve been in group classes with him with pre- and post-natal clients, and various injured or recovering athletes and despite the situation, he delivers on an excellent workout in a safe environment for all of his clients. At age 43 I went from never exercising to doing 3 fitness classes a week with them; the physical results I saw were almost instant, but it’s the mental results that have most taken me by surprise – I feel so great after working out with them that I now crave exercise.
Conrad’s expertise in kinesiology has been really helpful in addressing some physical issues I was having, and both he and Naomi have been fantastic about modifying exercises and mixing things up so that we don't get bored.
