Mulberry Street Pizzeria — Restaurant in Beverly Hills

I've been a long time customer extremely disappointed in how a store error made on my order was handled. I ordered through PostMates, and after waiting the expected delivery time of over an hour - the wrong pizza arrived. It appears to be a buffalo spicy chicken pizza when I ordered a cheese pizza. I called the store to try and arrange a replacement, and they refused to send me another pizza and only offered me a refund, which is nice in theory, but leaves me without dinner for the night as the pizza delivered is not edible for my family. I understand mistakes can happen, but the store representative told me they made a mistake, and another person with my same name had an order, and they mixed them up (I don't have a common name). He put me on hold to see if he could send any of his drivers but then returned to say none were available and again said that someone with my same name ordered, and they mixed up the order, but he would not send a replacement. So unhappy...

This place is our favorite pizza spot! Love their NYC-style pizza!

I had Mulberry first in Vegas, but it's nice having a place closer to home and with relatively free parking. There's a parking lot within walking distance that's free for 2 hours.

If this is your first time, you have to try their pepperoni pizza and Mulberry Street New York pizza (aka cheese pizza) first! We usually get a whole pie of each ($32.95 for pepperoni and $27.95 for Mulberry Street New York Pizza). Their slices are thin, full of flavor, and stretchy with cheese! We usually dust off several slices before taking the rest home to enjoy later that week.

Make sure to save your receipts as they have a promo where you get a free pizza after 10 purchases of $30+.

Dine-in seating is more for smaller groups and we found it easy to find a table when we come...

Their pizza is great. However, the men working at this establishment clearly have a mental capacity challenge. I had ordered a pizza, and specifically said I wanted three toppings on one side, and one topping on the whole thing. Apparently, to these people, it means three on the whole thing and one on one side. I had called the network I ordered through (Slice, don't use them either.) and complained. I was not able to eat this, and as "equal and just compensation" got five dollars and 10% off my NEXT order. I have ordered through Slice from this location 4 times and 3 out of the four times, my order has been SCREWED. UP.

Do not order from this place unless you're getting it in-store. Delivery service and pick-up are pretty much guaranteed...
